Here's an excerpt from the Offroad Outreach website on what prompted her to start this amazing non-profit:"Stacey started by carrying around small hygiene packs she pre-assembled to pass out in her community. But when delivering in the community the act was met with "What am I supposed to do with this?," instantly, the solution came, 'I have a shower on my Jeep! I could go to them!'"
